About Labs

Labrador Retrievers are the most popular dog breed in the United States. Labs are very loyal and lovable.  These dogs are gentle, intelligent, and easy to train. They are wonderful family pets.

The breed can be registered in three colors: yellow, black, and chocolate.  Within the yellow family color comes the color variations of white, cream, and champagne. When you purchase a white, cream or champagne lab from Grandview Labrador, it will be registered as yellow. A silver Labrador will be registered as a chocolate because it is considered to be a lighter version of a chocolate lab. If you purchase a charcoal Labrador from us, then it will be registered as a black lab.

Labs are very friendly dogs. They socialize well with children, adults, and other dogs. Labs love to be with people, especially their owners. They are also active and need a lot of exercise and playtime.
